Quick Guide to Send Medicines

Send Medicines showcases prescription medicines for you to send to your loved one over the Philippines. If you are looking for non-prescription medicines, please click here.

1. Browse through the selection of prescription medicines. If you already have a particular medicine in mind, you can search for it. If there's a medicine you would like to buy but is not available here, you can suggest the product by contacting support@sendahpinoy.com
2. Add the items you want to buy into your Medicine Bag.
3. Confirm your order by checking your Medicine Bag out. No wallet credits will be deducted yet at this point.
4. Our pharmacist will confirm your order by cross-checking it against your prescription. You need to provide us with the prescription according to the method you indicated during the placement of the order.
5. Our pharmacist can change the maximum number of quantity that can be bought for each item in your order according to what is prescribed. Our pharmacist can also change your ordered item based on generic name and dosage. The pharmacist then approves your order.
6. Once your order is approved, you can still make changes before you purchase it. This includes changing items according to generic name and dosage, and quantity of each item (but not greater than what our pharmacist has set).
7. After making your changes, the costs will be recalculated and you can continue with your purchase.
